In the V and A  Museum in London there is an etching entitled "Stocking Weavers in Hathern" dated 1890-1910 by Constance Mary Pott (born 1862, died 1930). Dimensions are height 9.75 inches and width 11 inches.  This is the first picture below. The same artist produced another etching in 1899 entitled "Workers on a loom" ( 24cm x 31cm) which does not say where it was painted. This is the second picture below and is held at Mallams Ltd, Cheltenham.  The third picture taken from our work gallery is of Charlie Moody in the building which became Spencer's bakehouse. There is no evidence but it would be nice to think this he was the man in the first picture.
